About 5-7 years ago. I was having to ask people to repeat themselves a lot.
How long did it take to first seek care from a professional? Did you have hesitation? Why or why not?
More than 2 years. I hesitated due to cost.

What was your biggest concern about hearing aids?
That I would still have problems, especially in a crowded or loud environment (e.g. restaurants).
How have hearing aids changed your life? Were there any unexpected or surprising benefits?
Hearing aids have greatly reduced my need to have others repeat themselves. I can hear television and cinema dialogue more clearly.
